Why consign your property with HPR?
Structured property intake
Every listing is standardised: location, area, asking price, legal status and viewing schedule. Buyers get the full picture from the start, so there are fewer viewings that lead nowhere.
Buyers already looking for your type of property
HPR distributes projects in Ho Chi Minh City and southern Vietnam, so we already work with buyers looking for apartments, townhouses and villas. Your property is presented to suitable buyers and partner brokers.
One point of contact until the deal is done
A dedicated specialist handles your property and keeps you updated on enquiries, viewings and price feedback through one consistent process.
Owner information kept confidential
Listings do not show the owner's phone number. Buyers contact HPR, and you only meet buyers whose needs have been screened.

HPR contacts you and verifies the paperwork
A specialist calls you back during business hours, reviews a copy of the pink book or the SPA, and checks mortgage status, payment schedule and transfer conditions.

Site visit and asking-price advice
We inspect the property, take photos and compare it with transactions and listings in the same project and area to recommend an asking price in line with the market.

We list the property on HPR's channels, present it to our buyers and partners, screen enquiries, schedule viewings and report feedback to you.
- 6
Negotiation, deposit, notarisation
We help negotiate the price, draft the deposit agreement, prepare the notarisation file, declare taxes and handle the title transfer (or the developer's confirmation of the SPA transfer).
Documents to prepare for property consignment
At registration you do not need to send any documents through the website. An HPR specialist will explain exactly what is needed for your case when they contact you; the usual documents are:
Properties with a certificate
Certificate of land use rights and house ownership (pink book), plus construction / completion documents if the property differs from what is recorded on the certificate.
Properties still being paid under an SPA
The sale and purchase agreement with the developer and its appendices, receipts / proof of each payment made, and the developer's written confirmation when the SPA is transferred.
Owner information
Identity documents and marital status documents — shown only when signing the service contract or at notarisation, never sent through the form. An authorised representative needs a notarised power of attorney.
Fees and commitments for property consignment
Free registration and price advice
Send your details, get a call back and initial asking-price advice — you pay nothing at this stage.
Service fee set out in the contract
The fee, payment timing and scope of work are agreed in writing before HPR markets your property.
No inflated price promises
HPR advises on price based on actual transactions and does not promise an unusually high selling price just to win your listing.
Frequently asked questions about property consignment
What is property consignment?
The owner engages a brokerage to find a buyer or tenant. Both parties sign a written brokerage service contract stating the asking price, scope of work, term and fee. The decision to sell and the final selling price remain with the owner.
Can I consign an apartment that has no pink book yet?
Yes, if the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with the developer is eligible for transfer under the regulations (the certificate application has not yet been filed and the developer confirms the transfer). HPR will check the SPA and payment schedule before marketing the property.
Can a property mortgaged to a bank be sold?
Yes, but a plan to release the mortgage is needed (the buyer or the owner pays off the loan before notarisation). HPR explains the steps with the bank during negotiation.
Do I have to give HPR an exclusive consignment?
Exclusive and non-exclusive arrangements differ in marketing scope and in the rights of each party. A specialist will explain both so you can choose before signing the contract.
How long does it take to sell?
It depends on the asking price relative to the market, the location, legal status and demand at the time. HPR does not commit to a fixed selling time; you receive updates on enquiries and price feedback so you can adjust when needed.
Does HPR handle rental consignments?
Yes. Choose "Rent out" or "Sell or rent out" when you send your details.
How is the information I send used?
Only for HPR to contact you and process your consignment request, in line with HPR's Privacy Policy. Your contact details are never published.
